enjoy the stunning lake views and wildlife.
There are child alarms on the patio doors leading to the pool area,
ensuring the young ones remain safe. There is also a shallow pool at
the end of the main pool and a fresh water shower too.

The pool looks directly over the beautiful lake where you
can enjoy fishing, observing the birds and wildlife and
watch the glorious sunset.
The double covered lanai has a cooling ceiling fan and a
designer dining table and chairs for your al-fresco meals or
BBQ. There are also chairs and sun loungers, with smaller
tables for your poolside drinks.

We have
2 Master Bedrooms, one on each floor, each with an enormous
luxury en-suite bathroom and Cable TV and DVD.
The 2nd floor Master Suite has a gorgeous King size four
poster bed, and its own private balcony, with views of
the pool and lake – ideal for that evening beverage, night-cap, or
morning coffee.
The ground floor Master Suite has a Queen size bed and its own patio
doors directly onto the pool, ideal for your early morning swim and
coffee.

views over the lake, cable flat screen TV/DVD and a twin bedroom
with conservation views and flat screen cable TV (this twin can also
be converted to a King bed with our create-a-king convertor), plus a
further full bathroom.
On the ground floor is our Disney themed twin bedroom,
perfect for the young and young at heart, plus another cloakroom
with vanity unit.
Our modern, spacious kitchen is open plan to the family room and
breakfast nook, ensuring cooking and dining are a social experience
for all to enjoy. There is also a breakfast bar and elegant formal
dining room.

cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans to satisfy your every need,
along with a knife block and kitchen linens.
The breakfast nook is equipped with table and chairs and overlooks
